Discover the world of owls at Miami-Dade County Parks

Miami-Dade County Parks offers Campfire and Owl Walk, an evening hike to learn more about owls. This program is offered at Castellow Hammock on Feb. 10.

The night starts with a presentation about these nocturnal birds, visitors will then explore nature trails in search of them with a guide. Don’t forget to bring your marshmallows and roasting sticks for the campfire after the night hike.

  • Advanced registration required
  • $10 per person 
  • All ages. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older
