Work Begins for Local Artist Jill Hotchkiss on the Art Installation of “Botanical Preserve” for South Olive Park 

WHO:                   Jill Hotchkiss

WHAT:                 Jill Hotchkiss is scheduled to begin the installation of her gilded mural “Botanical Preserve” at South Olive Park on the east-facing wall. The installation process is scheduled to run from Wednesday, Feb. 22 through Friday, Mar 3, 2023, with additional days of Saturday, Mar. 4, and Sunday, Mar. 5, 2023, in case of rain. Jill will draw the mural by hand, paint it, and utilize gold gild in this piece. This site-specific public artwork will be available to view and enjoy for the next five years.
