WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Mayor Keith A. James, City Commissioners, the West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), and Immocorp Ventures, LLC recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for The District at Northwood on Thursday, Jan. 12. This mixed-use development will feature architecture by Kobi Karp and will consist of 60,000 square feet of commercial/retail space. The District at Northwood will offer a grocery store, restaurants, retail options, and entertainment. The project will be located at 2501 Pinewood Avenue in the Northwood neighborhood.
