The 2023 Mega Match-A-Thon kicks off on Oct. 21 at 10 a.m. for a non-stop 12-hour, one-of-a-kind pet adoption festival at the Pet Adoption and Protection Center located at 3599 NW 79 Avenue, Doral, FL 33122.
The family-friendly pet adoption pets-travaganza helps pet lovers connect, fall in love with and adopt one or more 700 shelter dogs and cats available. All pets adopted are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
Special pricing will be offered at the adoption event:
- Dogs 4 months and older: Adoption fees waived. Adopters will only be responsible for the $30 tag fee
- Puppies younger than 4 months: $85
- Kittens younger than 4 months: $35
- Cats 4 months and older: Adoption fees waived
The festival will include a variety of different vendors, games and activities for kids and adults alike:
- Food trucks will be onsite offering a selection of street food
- Free kids zone with games and pumpkins
- Free giveaways for adopters (while supplies last)
- Trick-or-treating stations within the shelter (while supplies last)
