Lorenzo Perez Jr. Elected to Lead MIAMI Commercial Realtors

MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) installed 2024 MIAMI Commercial President Lorenzo Perez Jr., CIPS, MSIRE at its Inaugural & Awards Celebration on Feb. 2 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.

 

“As the newly elected President of the Miami Realtors Commercial Board for 2024, I am committed to steering our board towards a future where innovation meets opportunity,” Perez Jr. said. “Our collective vision and expertise are the cornerstones that will drive Miami’s commercial real estate market to new heights. This year, we’re not just embracing change – we’re leading it, fostering a community where every voice contributes to our shared success. Together, we’re not just shaping the future of real estate; we’re building it.”

 

MIAMI Commercial impacts key policy decisions and important issues affecting the commercial real estate industry, analyzes market information, produces strong legislative initiatives, provides vital member services, and presents commercial networking events and programming throughout the year.

 

With over 3,900 members, MIAMI Commercial offers more education, marketing tools and services than any other commercial association. MIAMI Commercial recently achieved the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) highest distinction, the 2023-24 Diamond Level Commercial Services accreditation.

 

New MIAMI Commercial President Founded Prop-Tech Company

Perez Jr. is the founder and principal broker of Premier International Properties. He is also the founder and CEO of i3 Technology, a pro-tech company pioneering the integration of advanced technologies in the real estate industry.

 

He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (University Fast Track Member) and serves as Committee Chair of the Florida International University Hollo School of Real Estate Board. He is also the President for the Commercial Board of Governors at the Miami Association of Realtors.

Beyond his professional obligations, Lorenzo is committed to giving back to the community. He actively volunteers with the Camillus House.

 

Lorenzo is happily married to Kristine Lubian Perez, with whom he has three boys.
