Learn to safeguard your tenancy rights

Learn how to defend your rights as a tenant during the free “Tenants Know Your Rights and Legal Clinic” event in District 7 with Commissioner Raquel Regalado. The event will take place on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Elizabeth Virrick Park, 3255 Plaza St, Miami, FL. 33133, in the computer room inside the Dome.

The Miami-Dade County Eviction Diversion Project aims to empower renters by providing information about their rights and offering support in case they face eviction.The Eviction Diversion Project is a partnership with the Miami-Dade County Office of Housing Advocacy, Community Justice Project, Legal Services, Miami Workers Center, and Haitian Lawyers Association.
