Annual Water Quality Report is Now Available for West Palm Beach Water Customers
The annual report provides essential information about your drinking water.

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – The City of West Palm encourages all water customers to review the latest Water Quality report.  In compliance with the EPA, the City’s Department of Utilities issues yearly water quality reports, also known as Consumer Confidence Reports (CCRs).  The report informs residents where their drinking water comes from, what is in it, and how safe it is.

CCRs must:

  • Explain violations, how they may affect your health, and how the problem will be fixed.
  • Must show whether your water sources have more contaminants than the EPA recommends.
  • Provide an educational statement on Cryptosporidium and how people with weakened immune systems can avoid the parasite.

The report also provides test results on contaminants, disinfectants, disinfection by-products, and simple tips to conserve water.  Click here for the latest Water Quality Report.

The City of West Palm Beach Water Treatment Plant purifies and provides 48 million gallons of drinking water daily to over 125,000 customers in West Palm Beach, The Town of Palm Beach, and South Palm Beach.  The plant complies with the regulations implemented under the Safe Drinking Water Act of 2020. For more information on the Safe Drinking Water Act, visit the EPA at  https://www.epa.gov/sdwa.

For copies of previous years’ reports, please get in touch with the Laboratory Manager at 561-822-2269.  To contact the City of West Palm Beach Department of Utilities, please call (561) 822-1060 (TTY 800 955-8771).
