Be a part of the Digital Inclusion Community Kick-Off event

Be a part of the change in your community by joining Miami-Dade County at the Digital Inclusion Community Kick-Off event at Oak Grove Park, 690 NE 159th Street, Miami, FL 33162 on March 16 at 9:30 a.m.

This event launches a series of neighborhood focused activations connecting resources in one place for the community. By leveraging regional public and private partners, these events offer digital inclusion resources to reach residents most in need of access to connectivity, digital literacy, devices and workforce opportunities.

The event is open to all Miami-Dade County residents and will feature:

  • The FutureReady branded CareerSource Workforce Assistance Center, a mobile unit connecting residents with internet access, learning programs, job search assistance and more to open new doors of opportunity
  • County resources including the Library Mobile Tech Bus, the “Water is Life” water truck, an MDFR Fire Truck, the McGruff Cruiser and other Public Safety assets
  • Food trucks, music, Kid Zone area and family fun

Together, we can close the digital divide in our community by bringing resources directly to residents. Let’s get ready to celebrate together.
