Celebrate Earth Day – Arts Resilient 305 Survey

Dear Colleagues,

As we increasingly see hope at the end of the pandemic tunnel, we invite you to join us by taking a moment celebrate Earth Day together! The Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs and Cultural Affairs Council recognize that this is the perfect moment to reaffirm our commitment to  Arts Resilient 305  – our initiative to mobilize the arts community to help save our environment.

Arts Resilient 305 Survey – Cultural Organizations and Artists

We want to hear from you and we have a very  brief survey  that can help! It’s critically important that you update us about where you are in regard to the essential work to address climate change and seal level rise. We need your input to provide you with the most effective information, support, partnerships and resources to make this a better planet.

Click here to respond to the Arts Resilient 305 Survey by Monday, May 3rd.

#ActsofGreen

Miami-Dade County is celebrating Earth Day with the #ActsofGreen social media campaign. Mayor Daniella Levine Cava is inviting you to post photos and videos throughout the week using the #ActsofGreen hashtag and #ArtsResilient305 to tell the community what artists and arts groups are doing to celebrate Earth Day and make this a greener and healthier place for all of us!

Brian May, Chair of the Cultural Affairs Council, observed, “The creativity, passion and resiliency of our arts community has never been more evident than during this public health crisis. These same incredible qualities can be a powerful force to move all of us to help save energy, conserve water and protect the natural resources that are entrusted to our generation.”
