Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated Announces Increased Fourth Quarter Dividend

FRANKLIN, Tenn., Feb. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated (NYSE: CHCT) today announced that its Board of Directors has increased its common stock cash dividend for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. This dividend, in the amount of $0.4775 per share, is payable on March 4, 2026 to shareholders of record on February 23, 2026. This dividend rate equates to an annualized dividend of $1.91 per share. Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated has increased its dividend every quarter since its Initial Public Offering.
