The application period is now open with a deadline of Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.

Help Us Get the Word Out!

I strongly encourage you to apply, if eligible. Miami-Dade County’s African-American historic and arts institutions have a proven track record of outstanding cultural contributions to South Florida and this grants program may help provide significant funding support to eligible projects.

Please share this opportunity with Florida-based Black arts organizations and Black historical groups in your network that may be eligible to apply. The Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs staff and I will continue to distribute useful information regarding the State’s African-American Cultural and Historical Grants Program or other helpful resources.

Sincerely,

Michael Spring

Director, Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs
