The general public can now search online for recertification cases that are within the Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources’ jurisdiction. This new tool allows users to search cases by address, folio number, property owner and case number. To see all cases in the system, users should select the “view all cases” button.
If cases have been referred to the Unsafe Structures Section for enforcement, the system provides a link to that information as well.
Online search tools are also available for building code violations and zoning code violations.
