The first of three floating hotels which will accommodate fans during World Cup arrived in Qatar on Thursday.
The purpose-built MSC World Europa docked at Old Doha Port ahead of its official inauguration on Sunday.
The 22-deck cruise ship, which can house 6,700 guests, is 47 metres wide with 2,626 cabins and 40,000 square metres of public space.
The MSC World Europa is the first of three such boat hotels to anchor in Qatar, with the second one scheduled to arrive nextMonday.
