GLOBAL NET LEASE ANNOUNCES RELEASE DATE FOR FIRST QUARTER 2023 RESULTS

NEW YORK, April 20, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Global Net Lease, Inc. (NYSE: GNL) (“GNL” or the “Company”) announced today it will release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2023, on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, before the start of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

The Company will host a conference call and audio webcast on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, beginning at 1:00 p.m. ET, to discuss the first quarter results and provide commentary on business performance. The results will be released before the call which will be conducted by GNL’s management team.  A question-and-answer session will follow the prepared remarks.
