Miami-Dade County’s Comprehensive Development Master Plan (CDMP) is undergoing an Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) process to assess the County’s progress in meeting its goals and objectives. The process will recommend changes and updates to ensure the Plan continues to meet the County’s evolving needs.
As part of this effort, the Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory & Economic Resources’ Planning division will host a series of public workshops across the county in 2026. These events will provide:
- An overview of the Comprehensive Development Master Plan (CDMP) and the Evaluation and Appraisal Report (EAR) process
- Opportunities for residents to share feedback on how the county should grow and evolve
- Interactive discussions with planning staff
The workshops will be held in six regional locations throughout the county and participants are encouraged to attend the workshops that are most convenient for them.
