  1. Brickell ? No way …. brickell is the the most impractical place to live in Miami . Guaranteed traffic and construction . Just wait till that bridge locks up . Your screwed.

  2. Do you have experience supporting out of state buyers interested in a new construction condo? I need someone to rep me on the ground while I'm still here in Boston.

  3. I always Miami people are rude. May seem like a dumb question but are Brickell people friendlier? I know itโ€™s an area filled with wealthy people but still curious. Also, do you need a car in Brickell?

  4. For a smaller town feel, almost like Key West, but with a great nightlife. Delray Beach, Florida. It's been a secret destination for years especially for snowbirds, but now it has a flavor all its own with great restaurants, immaculate beaches on the Atlantic Ocean, a slight slower pace, however the winter months it could get a little hectic. Love the weather, sea breezes, amazing foody type restaurants. Incredibly fun nightlife and it's much safer than Miami / Fort Lauderdale.

  5. Good accurate video about Brickell. Also the noise is higher than most other areas. It's pricey to live and enjoy all the amenities. However if you're a transplant from other more expensive cities, i.e. NYC โ€“ you'll find Brickell / Miami a bargain. Foot note: Brickell is a burrough or neighborhood of Miami, not a city within Miami.

  6. Iโ€™m three generations from Miami Florida. Iโ€™m moving from Brickell to the Florida Keys. Building a house. Love Miami but itโ€™s too crowded for me now. Guess Iโ€™m getting old.

  7. Iโ€™m looking to move in w my gf from NYC TO MIAMI we been looking right now for apt or loft and itโ€™s looking like downtown to start off for the first year and I believe increase financially and etc to end up In brickell? Thoughts ? Opinions? We been looking at loft 2 or centro to start !!! Would love your opinions ! U know a lot.

  8. I moved to the icon building 6 months ago….so many regrets…too many people can't afford this rent and they convert their apartments into boarding houses๐Ÿ˜ก..or airbnb…I think $2700 dollars rent for 1 bed or $4600 rent for 2 bed should give you some kind of status living …not in this building… everyday…long lines at the elevators hundreds of new guest…"visiting their cousins"….๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ˜..you can never get access to the pool on weekends..always fully reserved by the w hotel…the spa never open..after covid…weird because any other private paid spa is open everywhere…I guess saving money on maintenence as much as they can…

  9. Hey man, thanks for this breakdown! I appreciate all your insight. I am planning on moving down there from NYC and wanted to have a more thorough look at it before I go.

  10. Nice videos, subscribed from NYC thinking about making the move to miami next winter, these all about living series are excellent, i wonder if you will do more on areaโ€™s like midtown, aventura, sunny isles, coral gables that would be amazing, great work!

  11. I don't know why people would move to brickell.its a very expensive place to live small and congested areas.nothing is charming me at all .i would never anyone to come here its a headache and stressful place.
