Join the Grace and Gratitude Challenge

Kick off the new year on a positive note by going out of your way to give others compassion, kindness and love. The challenge runs from Jan. 16 to Feb. 12. Registration opens on Jan. 9.

Complete the challenge by earning 100 points. Participants who earn 100 points for completing the challenge will receive 25 wellness points and a t-shirt while supplies last. Challenge actions may include:

  • Send a gratitude text to a family member or friend, or email to a coworker who deserves it
  • Slow down so someone can merge in front of you as a kind driving gesture
  • Compliment a stranger
  • Offer to help someone and lend help if accepted
  • When you hear a discouraging voice in your head, tell yourself something positive. You deserve kindness too!

Upon completion of the challenge, you will receive 25 points toward your 75-point goal for the quarter. For each quarter in which you earn 75 points, you will be entered to win one of the many $250 wellness rewards, which are subject to payroll taxes.
