North Miami Councilwoman Mary Estimé-Irvin to Celebrate the Opening of Breezeswept Park Tot-Lot with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
February 27, 2025
North Miami Councilwoman Mary Estimé-Irvin, District 3, invites the community to a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of the newly renovated Breezeswept Park Tot-Lot on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 10 a.m.
Located at 12501 NE 2nd Avenue, North Miami, FL 33161, this $1.1 million project began construction in June 2024 and was developed to enhance recreational opportunities in District 3. The renovation includes a new playground, a sprayground for interactive water play, a pavilion, a restroom facility, and a perimeter fence to ensure safety and security. The project was led by M&J Consulting Group Corp., with Rep Services and Vortex serving as subcontractors, and Alleguez Architecture providing consulting services.
“The new Breezeswept Park Tot-Lot was thoughtfully designed to create a dynamic and inviting space where children can explore, play, and stay active,” said Estimé-Irvin. “From the interactive sprayground to the modern playground equipment, every detail was carefully planned to ensure a fun and safe environment for families. I worked tirelessly to bring this project to life because I know how important it is for our community to have high-quality recreational spaces. Seeing it come to completion is truly rewarding.”
The community is invited to join the celebration, which will feature face painting, games, music, and light refreshments. Families are encouraged to bring their little ones to enjoy the fun and explore the newly completed amenities.
