Dear Cultural Colleagues:

The Miami-Dade County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) continues to monitor the forecast track of Hurricane Dorian, which is currently a Category 1 hurricane. We are preparing for possible severe weather conditions with the storm intensifying; currently this is anticipated to begin as early as Saturday evening.

It is important to review your hurricane preparedness plan and be sure to take the necessary precautions over the weekend.
