***Uber is actually illegal in Colombia however everyone uses it still. If your driver forces you to sit in the front with them to avoid police attention, that is why.
***Phone plans can carry over in foreign countries but decide whether you will buy a sim card there, rely on wifi, or check with your carrier beforehand (mine worked but friend’s did not with Verizon, maybe only iPhones have issues??)
***Some hotels already provide testing so it may be more convenient for you if available.
