Virtual 8-Week Preview of Community Programs to Be Held Through City of West Palm Beach, FAMU Cooperative Extension Program

WHO: City of West Palm Beach Department of Housing and Community Development; Florida A&M University (FAMU); Members of the public

WHAT: West Palm Beach residents are invited to attend a FREE virtual 8-week preview of the many community programs offered through the City of West Palm Beach, FAMU Cooperative Extension Program (CEP). Sessions will focus on a wide variety of topics, including home ownership, gardening, emergency preparedness, opioid harm reduction and more.

WHEN: Tuesdays, beginning October 18, 6 -7 p.m.

  • October 18 – 4-H Youth Programs
  • October 25 – Opioid Harm Reduction
  • November 1 – My Backyard Gardening
  • November 15 – Emergency Preparedness
  • November 22 – Food Safety
  • November 29 – Aging & Fitness
  • December 6 – Community Health
  • December 13 – Homeownership
