300 Block of Clematis Street 60-day Vehicular Road Closure

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – Beginning on Monday, July 31, the 300 Block of Clematis Street will be closed due to the construction work for the building adjacent to Roxy’s Pub.

The City of West Palm Beach has reviewed and approved a right-of-way permit temporarily close the 300 Block of Clematis Street to facilitate a construction project. It is best practice, as well as a customary procedure, to close a street and/or sidewalk for construction when crane operations or other obstructions are required.

Construction is expected to be completed by Friday, Sept. 29. The section of road will be closed to vehicular traffic but open to pedestrian traffic during construction. The road closure is taking place during the summer to minimize disruption during the peak season; the City of West Palm Beach has mandated that Clematis be reopened in time for the GreenMarket in October.
