Scott Miller and Tim Burgett’s new roles reinforce OMNIA Partners’ commitment to strategic sector expansion

FRANKLIN, Tenn., Feb. 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Today, OMNIA Partners – the nation’s largest and most experienced group purchasing organization for the public and private sectors – announced that Scott Miller has been named Senior Vice President, Private Sector Strategy, and Tim Burgett has been hired as Managing Director, Channel Partnerships.

Miller started at OMNIA Partners in 2020 as Senior Vice President, Partner Development. Over the last four years, he’s significantly optimized and strengthened relationships with key suppliers while driving continuous improvement in supplier performance, quality and cost-effectiveness. As Senior Vice President, Private Sector Strategy, Miller will leverage this experience on the Private Equity/Enterprise team, where he will develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand OMNIA Partners’ private sector business portfolio.

Miller brings more than 25 years of experience with B2B organizations and Private Equity firms in the procurement sector, where he developed expertise in sales, contract management, strategic planning and customer service. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting and Business/Management from Harding University.

In the newly created role of Managing Director, Channel Partnerships, Tim Burgett will focus on improving and expanding OMNIA Partners’ network of strategic partners to drive new business with private sector companies in the small and mid-size corporate segments.

Burgett brings over 30 years of strategic sales leadership experience from organizations such as Xerox and OfficeDepot, with a strong track record in business development, account management, and driving revenue growth. He will use his extensive experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams and partnerships to create innovative new partnership models.

Burgett earned his BA in Marketing from the University of Iowa and various professional certifications from the Mendoza School of Business at the University of Notre Dame and the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University. He is also a former chairman of the Board of Directors at the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame, where he maintains a board seat.
