ASHFORD TRUST DECLARES PREFERRED DIVIDENDS FOR THE SECOND QUARTER OF 2023

DALLAS, April 5, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (NYSE: AHT) (“Ashford Trust” or the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors (the “Board”) declared a dividend of $0.5281 per diluted share for the Company’s 8.45% Series D Cumulative Preferred Stock for the second quarter ending June 30, 2023. The dividend, which equates to an annual rate of $2.1125 per share, is payable on July 17, 2023 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2023.

The Board declared a dividend of $0.4609 per diluted share for the Company’s 7.375% Series F Cumulative Preferred Stock for the second quarter ending June 30, 2023.  The dividend, which equates to an annual rate of $1.8438 per share, is payable on July 17, 2023 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2023.

The Board declared a dividend of $0.4609 per diluted share for the Company’s 7.375% Series G Cumulative Preferred Stock for the second quarter ending June 30, 2023.  The dividend, which equates to an annual rate of $1.8438 per share, is payable on July 17, 2023 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2023.

The Board declared a dividend of $0.46875 per diluted share for the Company’s 7.50% Series H Cumulative Preferred Stock for the second quarter ending June 30, 2023.  The dividend, which equates to an annual rate of $1.875 per share, is payable on July 17, 2023 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2023.

The Board declared a dividend of $0.46875 per diluted share for the Company’s 7.50% Series I Cumulative Preferred Stock for the second quarter ending June 30, 2023. The dividend, which equates to an annual rate of $1.875 per share, is payable on July 17, 2023 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2023.

The Board declared a monthly cash dividend for the Company’s Series J Redeemable Preferred Stock equal to a quarterly rate of $0.50 per share, payable as follows: $0.16667 per share will be paid on May 15, 2023 to stockholders of record as of April 28, 2023; $0.16667 per share will be paid on June 15, 2023 to stockholders of record as of May 31, 2023; and $0.16667 per share will be paid on July 17, 2023 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2023.

The Board declared a monthly cash dividend for the Company’s Series K Redeemable Preferred Stock equal to a quarterly rate of $0.5125 per share, payable as follows: $0.17083 per share will be paid on May 15, 2023 to stockholders of record as of April 28, 2023; $0.17083 per share will be paid on June 15, 2023 to stockholders of record as of May 31, 2023; and $0.17083 per share will be paid on July 17, 2023 to stockholders of record as of June 30, 2023.

As of March 31, 2023, there were 501,864 shares of the Company’s Series J Redeemable Preferred Stock and 34,250 shares of the Company’s Series K Redeemable Preferred Stock issued and outstanding.
