Join Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and Chairman Oliver G. Gilbert III at the inaugural Black History Month Food Truck and Vendor Fair this Thursday, Feb. 22, at noon at the Stephen P. Clark Center on the West Side Lawn.
