Celebrate Employee Appreciation Week

National Employee Appreciation Day is March 3. Miami-Dade acknowledges its own with a week full of celebrations from March 6-10.

Start by recognizes your coworkers, supervisors and peers using these easy fillable Employee Appreciation Thank You Cards, leave a post-it note or something else that is personal and sincere.

The Human Resource Department’s WellnessWorks Program will be delivering fresh fruit to employee worksites throughout the week (It’s also National Nutrition Month).

Employee Appreciation Stations will be set up at different employee hubs Monday through Thursday.

The week ends with the Glow to Thrive celebration at Tropical Park on March 10. This year, the event will also include a vintage auto display, a glow in the dark bike parade. There will be activities for the family and an incredible Glow Show at 8 p.m. Register for this free event by March 9 for a chance to win a desk bike.

Stop by for healthy gelato and five-minute chair massages. Learn about valuable programs from Human Resources including WellnessWorks, Employee Support Services, I THRIVE and the IDEA Machine.

Also present will be Dade County Federal Credit Union, Beyond Med and Tropical Federal Credit Union with giveaways and surprises.

Dade County Federal Credit Union will be hosting a Prize Hunt all week. Share snapshots of employee appreciation for a chance to win daily. You must download the Goosechase app and use game code J53JZL to participate.
