On July 6, 2021, the City of Miami filed their latest appeal in the Coconut Grove Playhouse case to the Third District Court of Appeal after losing their case in the Appellate Division of the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. At the same time, Miami-Dade County filed its cross petition.
