On April 7, 2021, the Appellate Division of the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit approved Miami-Dade County’s Coconut Grove Playhouse appeal of the City of Miami Mayor’s veto of the County’s final historic preservation Certificate of Appropriateness for the Coconut Grove Playhouse project.
