CHICAGO, Feb. 15, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: FR), a leading fully integrated owner, operator and developer of logistics real estate, today announced that the Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on April 30, 2024 virtually.

First Industrial’s Board of Directors set March 7, 2024 as the record date for the Annual Meeting.
