Groundbreaking Ceremony for Anchor Site in Northwood Village

WHAT:             West Palm Beach Mayor Keith James, city commissioners, and the CRA, in partnership with Immocorp Ventures, LLC, will host a groundbreaking ceremony for The District at Northwood, also known as the Anchor Site, in Northwood Village.

This mixed-use development will be located at the west end of Northwood Village and will feature 350 residential units and approximately 60,000 square feet of commercial space. The development will include a 10,000-square-foot public plaza and additional parking for  the area.
