MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) installed 2023 MIAMI Young Professionals Network (MIAMI YPN) President Katherine Arteta, C2EX, SFR, SRS at its Inaugural & Awards Celebration on Feb. 3 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.
“It is an honor to serve with such a phenomenal group of leaders who are equally passionate in making a difference in our real estate community,” Arteta said. “MIAMI YPN’s focus is to continue building relationships and experiences that will help elevate each generation of young professionals to come not only on a local level, but also on a global level. We have a very special year coming up in 2023 and we are so excited to share it with the world!”
MIAMI YPN, a two-time winner of the National Association of Realtors’ Top YPN Network award, provides value and mentorship to young Realtors unlike any other Realtor group in the U.S. MIAMI YPN has won NAR’s Top YPN Network two times (2017, 2021) and was the starting place for leadership for the 2022 Florida Realtors President Christina Pappas, a longtime MIAMI leader and former MIAMI YPN president.

Arteta is the branch manager for Luxe Properties Pembroke Pines. She has over 17 years of sales and management experience, eight being in the real estate industry.
Her need to be fully involved in all aspects of her career led her to get involved in leadership with the MIAMI Association of Realtors. At MIAMI REALTORS®, she can directly impact decisions concerning homeowner rights and provide education for agents.
Arteta’s involvement includes: 2020-present MIAMI YPN Leadership Board, 2020 MIAMI YPN Educator of the Year, 2021 MIAMI YPN Broward Chair, 2022 MIAMI YPN President- elect, 2020- 2023 Florida Realtors State Director and a proud Realtor Political Action Committee Sterling R Major Investor. Katherine is currently on the Florida Realtors Communications committee and the National Association of Realtors Land Use Property Rights and Environment Committee.
Believing you must always be growing and bettering yourself, she continuously looks for the right certifications that will help enhance her client’s experience. She currently holds the short sales and foreclosure resource certification, seller representative specialist certification & C2EX certifications by the National Association of Realtors.
Arteta’s past community involvement includes being a wish granter for Make a Wish, volunteering in the Radio Lollipop program at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital and a past board member for the Miracle Society of Big Brothers & Big Sisters.
