Join Miami-Dade County’s Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources, Division of Environmental Resources Management (RER-DERM), for a webinar on Tuesday, March 11, from 10 a.m. to noon, focused on the requirements of the Impervious Surface Ordinance and introduction of the Standalone Impervious Surface (Non-Structural) Permit starting March 31, 2025.
On Sept. 4, 2024, the Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners approved the Impervious Surface Ordinance to enhance resilience, improve water quality, and reduce future risks of flooding for Miami-Dade County. The Ordinance amended Chapter 24, Chapter 33, and Chapter 8CC of the Code of Miami-Dade County.
This webinar session will cover the following topics related to the Impervious Surface Ordinance:
