Miami Emerging Arts Leaders – Equity in the Workplace: Culture, Change Management, and Co-Creation – A 3C’s Framework

What is equity and why is it important in the workplace? Join the Miami Emerging Arts Leaders and Teniqua Broughton, CEO of VerveSimone, for a transformative workshop exploring Equity in the Workplace, through the 3C’s – Culture, Change Management and Co-Creation. Learn strategies to create a fair and equitable work environment. Designed to empower organizations through a holistic approach, the session focuses on core principles:

· Culture: the heart of any organization
· Change Management: an organization’s ability to adapt
· Co-creation: the catalyst for innovation and engagement

With over 20 years of experience working in the arts and culture sector, Teniqua aims to empower organizations to cultivate a thriving culture, navigate change effectively, and harness the power of co-creation for sustainable growth and success. The founder of VerveSimone Consulting in 2014, she uses initiative and insight to identify strategies that support the sustainability of organizations in the nonprofit sector. Teniqua holds a Master’s in Educational Administration and Supervision, a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies in Educational Psychology-emphasis on theater for youth, and garners certificates as a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP), Nonprofit Leadership and Management, and Equity and Inclusion.
