Join the Miami Emerging Arts Leaders and Nicole R. Smith, a workforce engagement specialist and motivational speaker, for a presentation and discussion on the importance of a resilient mindset and how to activate it in the face of adversity. Nicole has more than 20 years experience in sports and entertainment, radio, TV, and the performing arts. An author, motivational speaker, and founder of Step It Up! dance organization, she currently serves as the Manager of Volunteer Services/Internship Program at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County.
