Miami Individual Artists (MIA) Program – Deadline December 1, 2023 at 11:59 PM

Our community’s outstanding and diverse individual artists continue to put us on the map and be the driving force for Miami’s unique creative voice, through dance, film, folk, literary arts, music, theater, visual arts and the multidisciplinary arts.  In recognition of this invaluable work, the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs, with the support of the Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and the Board of County Commissioners, announce the third year of the Miami Individual Artists (MIA) Grants Program.

The FY 2023-2024 Miami Individual Artists (MIA) Grants Program Guidelines and Application are now available. The MIA Program awards grants of up to $10,000 to Miami-Dade County-based individual artists of all disciplines, and all backgrounds, on a competitive basis to support their artistic development and practice. Professional artists of the highest caliber with a recognized body of original artwork, and who are deeply rooted in Miami’s diverse cultural life are strongly encouraged to apply.
