MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) and the MIAMI Young Professionals Network (MIAMI YPN) are honored to announce the 2023 class of 20 MIAMI YPN Realtors under the age of 40 who are demonstrating excellence in their careers, leadership and community involvement. This is MIAMI YPN’s fourth class of 20 Under 40 winners, one of the highest accomplishments for young Realtors in the nation’s largest local Realtor association.
“These young Realtors are continuing MIAMI Realtors incredible legacy of professionalism, customer service and commitment to our communities,” MIAMI YPN President Katherine Arteta said. “They are each excelling in one of the nation’s most competitive real estate markets while also making a difference in community organizations.”

Winners were once again selected by Main Street Organization of REALTORS® (MORE) in Chicago. MIAMI’s 20 Under 40 award recipients will be honored with a ceremony in early 2024.
MIAMI YPN — a two-time winner of the National Association of Realtors® Top YPN Network award (2017, 2021) — provides value and mentorship to young Realtors® through signature events, top conferences, education, networking opportunities and more.
MIAMI YPN Global is giving MIAMI YPN even more opportunities to expand their business and build new connections. MIAMI YPN Global hosted its first ever YPN Global Congress in 2023 in Dubai and will host another one in Dubai in 2024.
