MIAMI Realtors Partners with Nila June to Bring Best-in-Class, AI Property Listing Descriptions to the MIAMI MLS

MIAMI — The MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI) has partnered with Nila June, an artificial intelligence writing service, to boost MIAMI members’ marketing and service to their clients with fully automated AI property listing descriptions.

Nila June instantly produces property descriptions that are more precise than ChatGPT, creative, accurate and in compliance with fair housing guidelines. These descriptions will bring MIAMI MLS property listings to a higher standard, allowing MIAMI members to better market their listings and sell more homes for their clients.

“MIAMI Realtors sees clear benefits in offering a product that saves our members time and money, improves their service to sellers, and helps them win new listings,” MIAMI Chief of MLS and Innovation Liz Sturrock said.

Nila June — which is named after developer Greg Williams’ grandmother, who was a real estate agent in Tennessee — features vocabulary, phrasing, and stylistic choices created by professional human writers, and conditionally invoked based on a listing agent’s responses to a brief online survey about the home.

Not only can Nila June descriptions be used for property listings, but they can be repurposed to be used for other digital marketing efforts, such as social media and email.

MIAMI Becomes First Local U.S. Realtor Association to Partner with Nila June

All 60,000 MIAMI members will enjoy heavily discounted access to Nila June’s easy-to-use platform.

MIAMI is the largest local Realtor Association in the nation and is the first U.S. Realtor association to secure a partnership with Nila June. MIAMI members can access the Nila June application securely through the CoreLogic Clareity single sign-on dashboard when they log into the Matrix MLS system.

“We are thrilled that MIAMI Association of REALTORS has selected Nila June as their preferred source of AI property listing descriptions,” Nila June co-founder Greg Williams said. “MIAMI’s tech-forward strategy is perfectly aligned with our commitment to delivering automated property descriptions of the highest quality. We are delighted to be working with MIAMI’s world class team of marketing and training professionals in support of our complementary goals.”

Launched in late 2021, Nila June quickly garnered industry attention and began growing a base of loyal repeat customers. Inman News has included Nila June in its list of essential apps for real estate agents in 2023.
