McCluskey will be responsible for overseeing all operations including planning, directing, developing and coordinating public health programs and activities. McCluskey started her career with public health in 2001 at the Tennessee Department of Health in Nashville as the Coordinator for the Community Health Council. She also served as Public Health Director for the Stewart County Health Department in 2004 and Public Health Director for Montgomery County Health Department until she started with DOH-Osceola in 2009.
