Open Enrollment 2024 Events

Open Enrollment season is just around the corner, and we’re thrilled to announce a series of live, in-person regional meetings. Following the success of last year’s events, we’re bringing you opportunities to connect directly with benefit providers to receive information and snag some cool swag.

  • Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2023 at South Dade Government Center
    • Address: 10710 SW 211th Street, Cutler Bay, Florida 33189
    • Time: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
    • Location: Lobby
    • Parking is free and available at the complex
  • Thursday, Oct. 19, 2023 at the Martin Luther King Jr. (MLK) Building
    • Address: 2525 NW 62nd Street, 2nd floor, Miami, FL 33147
    • Time: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
    • Location: Conference Rooms 1-4 (Second floor)
    • Parking is available at the Joseph Caleb Center at 5400 NW 22nd Avenue. Shuttle transportation is provided from the Joseph Caleb Center to the MLK Building every 20 minutes starting on the hour
  • Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023 at Zoo Miami*
    • Address: 12400 SW 152nd Street, Miami, FL 33177  
    • Time: 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
    • Location: Camel Corner – Parking Lot
    • Parking is free and available at the complex

*Coinciding with the 7th Annual 5K Family Fun Day and Picnic event, participate in a unique experience at Zoo Miami for the Benefits Fair. Registration is not required for the Benefits Fair, but it is required to participate in the 5K Family Fun Day and Picnic. Register for the 5K Family Fun Day and Picnic by Oct. 14.

These regional meetings are pop-up benefits fairs to provide you with direct access to our benefit providers, such as AvMed, Delta Dental, Nationwide, Humana and more. Each vendor will have a dedicated table equipped with guides, reading materials, giveaways and branded swag for you to take home.

  • Virtual Benefits Information Sessions
    • Engage with a full panel of benefits providers from the comfort of your home or office with Virtual Benefits Information Sessions. Keep an eye out for upcoming information regarding the virtual sessions taking place throughout October and November
