Perimeter Solutions Group Partners with Tusco to Expand Nationwide High-Security Capabilities

Strategic partnership strengthens PSG’s position as a national leader in high-security perimeter protection

FOSTER CITY, Calif., Aug. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Perimeter Solutions Group, LLC (“PSG“), a portfolio company of Bertram Capital (“Bertram“), and a national provider of commercial and industrial perimeter protection solutions, announced today its partnership with Tusco, one of the nation’s leading and respected high security perimeter solutions contractors.

Tusco is a nationwide installer of “high security” assets (e.g., barriers, crash rated fencing and gates, bollards, drop arms, structured cabling, video surveillance and access control systems) on data centers, government facilities and other commercial and industrial properties. President Brent Martina, Senior Vice President Philip Emerson, CFO Chris Walker, Vice President Jonathan Nichols and their senior management team will continue to lead Tusco as the High Security Division of PSG. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
