Due to recent changes in Florida law, current requests for a vote-by-mail ballot expired as of Jan. 1, 2023. Voters who vote by mail must submit a new request. There are several ways to renew your request:
- Request a vote-by-mail ballot online
- Call 305-499-8444
- Renew in person at Elections Department Headquarters at 2700 NW 87th Avenue in Doral
- Print the Vote-By-Mail Ballot Request Form and mail it back to the address below
