The Vickers House to Relocate Services to Eva W. Mack Community Hub in West Palm Beach

The Vickers House, a City of West Palm Beach Resource Center, announces its closing and upcoming relocation of services to the Eva W. Mack Community Hub as the newly named Community Services Division.

The Vickers House will cease operations at its current location on May 19, 2023, and, begin its transition to the Eva W. Mack Community Hub as the Community Services Division. On Tuesday, May 30, the new facility will open and begin serving as the site for all resources offered by the Community Services Division of the Department of Housing and Community Development, as well as, resources from the City and local non-profit organizations.

The building will serve as a social service hub as we bring together the Sickle Cell Foundation of Palm Beach County & Treasure Coast, the Community Services Division, and other local entities. This is an opportunity to bring local non-profit organizations together to better serve the residents of West Palm Beach. The Eva W. Mack Community Hub will better serve its clients with closer proximity to Gaines Park, Roosevelt Elementary School, Roosevelt Middle School, and bus access. It also offers a state-of-the-art facility that includes private offices, a computer area, a conference room, a multi-space room, and Wi-Fi access.

All visitors seeking assistance should call (561) 804-4970 (TTY: 800-955-8771).
