UPDATE: 300 Block of Clematis Street 60-Day Road Closure
WEST PALM BEACH, FL – The road closure associated with the construction work for Roxy’s Pub has been delayed to begin Monday, July 10, 2023, and end Friday, September 8, 2023. The City of West Palm Beach has reviewed and approved a right-of-way permit to temporarily close the 300 block of Clematis to facilitate a construction project. It is a best practice and customary procedure to temporarily close a street and/or sidewalk for construction when crane operations or other obstructions are required.
A partial road closure is needed to install cranes at the 300 block. The road will be closed to vehicular traffic but open to pedestrian traffic during construction. The road closure is occurring in the Summer to minimize disruption during the peak season and the City has mandated that the roadway be open in time for the Green Market starting in October.
