West Palm Beach Announces Groundbreaking Ceremony for Commercial District

WHAT:                 Ground Breaking Ceremony for Nora: City of West Palm Beach in partnership with NDT Development, Place Projects, and Wheelock Street Capital, celebrate the groundbreaking of Nora’s first phase, which will breathe new life into North Railroad Avenue. The $123 million planned investment features the adaptive reuse of former industrial buildings on North Railroad Avenue, significant infrastructure upgrades, streetscape improvements as well as a series of newly constructed infill commercial buildings.

WHEN:                 Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at 10 a.m.
