WHAT: Mayor Keith A. James will deliver the annual State of the City Address during the January installment of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches’ monthly breakfast series. Mayor James will provide updates on several City of West Palm Beach policy matters, economic development initiatives, public safety trends and more.
