Workforce/Affordable Housing Density Bonus/Zoning Guidelines Community Meeting

WHAT: As directed by the City Commission at the October 24, 2022, Mayor/Commission Work Session, the City of West Palm Beach Planning and Zoning Division is currently working on workforce housing provisions consistent with recent state legislative action. In December 2022, the Commission established interim standards to allow staff time to draft permanent land development regulations.
As part of the staff’s process in drafting permanent land development regulations, two (2) public meetings are being scheduled to present an overview of the regulations as they are currently envisioned to be implemented. An opportunity will be afforded for questions and to receive any comments from the community. Two meetings are scheduled to encourage participation, however, both meetings are open to the public as interested.
