REMINDER:
Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs
COVID-19 Survey of Impact on Miami-Dade County’s Cultural Community (CO-SIC)
Please respond by tomorrow Friday, April 17th.

Help us better understand how the Coronavirus (COVID-19) health crisis is affecting your organization. Your response to this monthly survey will help substantiate the need for recovery resources for Miami-Dade based nonprofit cultural institutions and arts organizations.

To respond to the survey, access the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Financial Assessment Tools here.
MARCH SURVEY DEADLINE: Friday, April 17, 2020 (include data from March 1-31, 2020)

If you have already completed the March CO-SIC Survey, we encourage you to begin recording financial data for April 1 – April 30, 2020 in the  COVID-19 Financial Impact Tracker (CO-FIT)  for the next survey, scheduled to open on Thursday, April 30th. TIP: You can download and save a new copy of the CO-FIT Tracker for each month.

QUESTIONS? Contact your grants program administrator. You can find a staff directory here.  Instructions and helpful tips can be found on the first tab of the CO-FIT Tracker and at the top of CO-SIC Survey.
